Crash when loading Valley of Titans

When i travel the ardura caravan to the valley of titans in act2 cruel the game freezes and the windows crash handler starts.

i cleared my shader cache and reinstalled the game from an sata ssd no an nvme ssd. now it loads with a small freeze but doesn't crash.
