Account Locked For 40 Days; About To Refund. Please Help
On January 1st, 2025, I was locked out of my PoE2 account with no explanation why in game (you can see my old post here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3683475). I contacted support immediately through the regular email that is advertised on the website as well as the ban appeals one that was suggested to me by a user on Reddit. Neither email provided me with a ticket number or a guess on how long it would take to receive a response. On January 6th I made this account to post on the forums, as you cannot even browse the forum on a locked account. Shortly after this post a forum staff said that they had indeed received my ticket and I received a response from the Ban Appeals email regarding submitting my username and some character names to prove it's me. I did this immediately. On January 15th I received another email from support, this time the regular Grinding Gear Games support email with the same copy/pasted message regarding providing my username and some character names. I did this on the same day of receiving the email, just like last time. I have not received word from support regarding a ticket number, estimated time to fix, confirmation email, etc... Is there something broken with the support (since I didn't even receive a confirmation email), and how long does this normally take to fix? I do not want to cause a ruckus, but being unable to play with little/no response from the company is grounds for a refund on Steam for an early access game. I really want to play this game, but it has as much gameplay as a rock if I can't get past the main menu screen and receive no info as to why or how long I will be unable to play Last bumped on Feb 9, 2025, 8:33:20 PM

I tried to reply, but I get the error "You may only message the Support account at this time.". I don't understand why it feels like I need to jump through so many hoops to figure out what is going on. No automated ticket number nor confirmation that support received my email. My old account is locked, so I can't ask about it on the forums, so I have to make a new one. When I try to reply to your DM, I cannot.

What did they messaged your privatly?
Im waiting Since December to get any response from GGG, all i got till now are to pointless anwser here in the Forums, and one Mail, where they said i should first check my pc about malware. |

Nothing of note was messaged to me, sadly. Just that they are looking into it, but this doesn't excuse the horrible support system in place (no confirmation email sent after submitting a ticket, no ticket number, nowhere to view current support requests, etc...)
