Infernal warcry dont make corpse explode?

I just tried to read descriptiona bit more and saw that infernal warcry is supposed to make corpse explode.

Warcry does not work on corpses, but on living enemies. You need to destabilize the enemies first, and then kill them within 8 base seconds. After that, they should explode.
