Connection error

Hello, I've been playing path of exile since last year using my mobile hotspot and I never had any problems with it. I was playing PoE 2 normally today and I tried logging in to PoE 1 on standalone client but I was stuck on "checking resources" window then a pop up window will show "connection error" and couldn't even run the actual game.
