Cannot log in thanks to trial of Sekhemas

I completed the third level trial to get my next ascendancy but forgot to take it before leaving and when I realized I could not get back. Then later I got a new high enough level Barya and went to try again but I got disconnected when entering the instance and then again when entering the level. But now I cannot log in at all it just says "connecting to login server" and nothing happens.
