Couch Coop player 2 unable to pick up waystones

Regardless of which item distribution type you select player two is always unable to pick up waystones during mapping.

Player two “can” pick up waystones. It’s just that the timeout to remove the player one lock is set to 5 minutes instead of 5 seconds. So if you wait long enough you can grab them. But it is a ridiculously long wait time.

This isnt just for couch coop, this is affecting my normal group play aswell, Item allocation has been changed to free for all for both players but doesnt change
