Stone Citadel not completing

I just finished a Stone Citadel, complete with looting 2 Fragments from Doryani, however the map never registered as completed. I had finished the 4 rituals and the breach that were also in the citadel, but the map remained incomplete.

Both me and my SO got this bug in the Stone Citadel as well. In my case the reference number is 754,937,018.
