cant whisper on trading page poe2

hi, i have an issue with whispering to players on trading page, message says that it is invalid query and that i have to be in game to use this feature. issue is that i am in game with my character, I use same mail for steam, poe1 and poe2, poe website and for some reason I now have two separate accounts. i connected my steam profile with account on poe website and now i can even change between accounts but i cant still whisper to players on trading page, what i am doing wrong?
