PS5 hard crash

Since the release of poe2, poe1 has been effectively unplayable, as it permafreezes after 30 seconds ~ 1 minute. completely closing the game and relaunching it is the only way to resolve the issue. it happens in maps, hideout, campaign areas, and kingsmarch/menagerie/etc. not character or league specific. deleting and reinstalling the game does not resolve the issue, and i don't have issues with other games.
