Wildshards not working

Wildshards support gem isnt producing projectiles in a ring since most recent update.

I've tested it with other skills and it seems to be working with ball lightning.
It is not working with Eye of Winter though. Eye of Winter allows you to slot Wildshards but doesn't trigger. |
