map failure after leaving the server

Hello - I have been working hard to get to the citadel for a long time, reached the boss on the t17 map and as a result, during the battle, the game crashed due to a server failure. After returning to the game, the map turned out to be a failure! You cannot understand my bewilderment and rage. Solve this problem - either let the map update after the crash due to a malfunction of your servers, or give players 2 attempts to pass the citadel if you cannot fix this situation
I lost:
1. Time
2. Nerves
3. T16 stone
4. Loot from the boss
5. Citadel stone for the monolith
