Cosmetic Preview's

I'm currently playing on Steam, but the preview of the cosmetic products in the shop is not working. The preview section on the right is deep blue, nothing else.

I noticed that the cosmetic preview is not working whenever I am in my dreadnought hideout. So whenever I want to switch to a different amour pack I have to move to campaign locations for me to have a preview on the sets. I want to upload the screenshot but I don't know how. It only shows color blue.
