Consistent lagging in Sao Paulo (Brazil) server.

Happens in different places, different times of the day, lasts for a few minutes or for a long time.
Constant lag spikes every 2 seconds.

Do you have plans of adding more nodes to Sao Paulo server or doing something to improve on this issue?
