Support Unhelpful

Waited two weeks for a response from support about getting my main unbanned after an accidental refund, they requested i simply buy back the points. The response I get isn't even relevant to the update I provided, like they didn't read my email in the first place. Can i get a real person to help me recover my account or do I have to get a refund on my preorder?
