Same issue. I tried to change the Hideout type but it doesn't work xd. If it's in game already I'm gonna be happy when they will fix this, cuz I have spent money for this MTX.Also not only Divergence doesn't work, but Heritage effects too. Same problem, shown but cannot be placed.
