account locked waiting for the support team to respond my email

My account has been locked due to the fact i have been hacked account locked waiting for the support team to respond my email and continue the process from where we left it i provided all the proofs, i provided the Throwaway account so my account can have a fresh email aswell so i can get into my account again , any ideea if that this gonna happen any time soon?
