The PC completely freezes on almost every loading screen.

I have been experiencing a persistent issue with Path of Exile for the past three months. Every time I launch the game and reach the loading screen, it completely freezes. I am unable to proceed and have to force close it.

Here are my system specs:

Operating System: Windows 11
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
RAM: 32GB G.Skill 3600MHz CL16
Storage: 1TB SSD
Game Installation: Steam
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

Verified game files
Updated GPU drivers
Disabled background applications
Reinstalled the game
Tried running in windowed mode
Checked for overheating or hardware issues
Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue. Since this problem has persisted for three months, I am hoping for any additional suggestions or fixes.
