Problem Playing PoE1 (technical help request)

Specs:
Windows 11 Home 64-bit Intel Core i7 14700 32GB Ram NVidia GeForce RTX 4070 (laptop) 4GB vram SSD Storage Troubleshooting: I've updated my drivers, I've verified game installation (fresh installed as well), I've cleared my cache and settings for PoE1. I've tried various different in-game settings options, but maybe I haven't tried everything in this area yet.. Report: My game still crashes on nearly every login attempt, and crashes periodically once I'm in game. It gives me a frozen screen and when I click or do much anything (or wait long enough) I will get a crash report and have to close the game manually. This has happened ever since the end of Necropolis league, so I'm almost curious if it's due to the character I played in that league, which still exists in standard. I really would rather not delete that character to test this theory, it's the most powerful I ever became in this game. I just want to play some games man. " Giga yikes. Well thank you for letting me know. I guess I'll just have to move on from PoE. Really sucks because I really liked these games for a long time and I feel like I'm being evicted out of my favorite gaming place. :/ Thanks again for replying to let me know that info, again. |
