Accidently bought 2 currency tabs because of an error message ingame

Hello,
I purchased a stash tab in the game called "Currency Tab." However, your website was under maintenance at the time, and after two purchase attempts, I encountered timeout errors both times. Later, I received two tabs, even though I intended to buy only one.
I sent an email at support@grindinggear.com on january 25, after 4 days I got response with request of my account name and character name from Simon.
That day I sent reply with requested information and since then there is no any new messages from support neither ingame changes
Much appreciate the help or at least some information
