Unlink old steam account

Hello, I would like to request to change the Steam account that is linked to my account on the path of exile website. The account linked there is an old one that had been hacked. I have a new account which I even bought Poe 2, but I can't link the accounts because Steam is different. I sent 2 emails to support, but I didn't receive a response, so I'm opening this topic.

I understand, the solution is to wait then. Because I can't play it so far, I bought the game but without linking the account, it can't work.
