Lord of The Pit + Bone Colossus No Loot

One of my recent encounters with Lord of The Pit + Bone Colossus boss T15 or 16, dropped no loot at all. Generally, once they're both down, the loot drops, but this time, nothing. It almost seemed like the death was registered except I was able to complete the map. The loot wasn't filtered out, holding alt to display filtered loot also displayed nothing. No gold dropped either.
The only thing that was a bit different was that they died at nearly the same time. I'm a poison grenade build. Last bumped on May 22, 2025, 5:20:34 PM

Bump. Seems like a regression. Happened in 0.2.0g. They dropped loot before this patch.

This just happened to me. I killed Lord of the Pit, and the corpse explosion from the Lich ascendancy finished off the Bone Colossus. I wonder if both of them dying at the same time is relevant. Next time I'll try to kill them one at a time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SeubwV5SCgE |

Just killed the boss again, but I made sure to kill them separately, and I got loot. It must be bugged if you kill them at the same time. I'll be back if that's not the case!
