No help from support with account problem

I've bought poe 2 and played it for a few hours and then a quit for a while and then came back to see that my account didn't have "access" anymore to the game and i've yet get a solution to this problem and i just want to play POE 2

If you obtained Early Access via a code from a friend or 3rd party service, then this may have been refunded or charged back by whoever originally purchased the Pack containing the key you received.
If an Early Access pack is refunded or charged back then all the Early Access codes that came with it are revoked, causing the recipients of these to lose access as well. Last edited by Tai_GGG#0000 on Feb 6, 2025, 8:21:20 AM
