2 month now and still doesn't get 300 point and cs doesn't replay my email.
I purchase EA since release and still doesn't get 300 point.
I have already email to support@grindinggear.com and customer support only reply my mail one time by requesting an info on my account after I sent an info They has been silence since 12/27/2024. please help It's been too long for this. Last bumped on Feb 6, 2025, 11:18:15 AM

Same situation, except I didn't receive the early access either. I sent my initial email on 27th December as well, received 1 reply a day later asking for information that was already in my original email, then silence since.
Nothing resembling a ticketing system either, so as far as we know, our requests could have been marked as completed and closed. |
