Can't receive whispers or invitation sometimes

Hello,

I barely get whispers from trade site, mostly people invite me and then start the trade and I don't know what they want. My friend on PS5 can't invite me or whisper me even.
It is some bug? Or maybe my router firewall? If firewall do you know what ports I need to open to be able to cooperate with other people? (whispers, party, friends invitations).
