Drops disappearing !!!

Hello.
Sorry for my broken Engilsh if it's words or grammer.
PS5 player, since the patch went up i started loosing loot after they drop instatantly if i don't pick it fast it's gone all items no matter what i do or tried from restarting the game to stop using loot filter none of them work. but the last run was somthimg else i hear items drops and see the visuals but they are not showing to pick.
