Game freezes whole pc

Hi when i get to load screens the game sometimes freezes and i need to restart the whole pc
Cpu goes up to 98-100% at the start of loading

specs:
Geforce gtx 1660 super
ryzen 5 5600 6 cores
16gb ram

Vulkan
Lowest setting possible
enabled multithreading
Enabled Triple buffering

Sadly i am unable to do screenshots beacuse my pc needs a restart to be able to work properly again.

Somebody in the global chat suggested to disable cpu 0,1 in the task manager
working fine for now in the past 2 hours

im having the same problem
