Game crash Bugg lost me an Adorned Gem at TrialMaster

i killed trialmaster and got the drop of the Adorned gem and 1 millisecond later i crashed , i relog to see if im still at the sameplace and i find myself at start of temple of chaos with no key installed nothing and the drop just gone its super sad it wouldve saved me so much time and resources i hope someone can help me with that and give it back to me .loving the game but this just hurts too much .
