Loot Disappearing on console

I have a bug report reference number: 3763280971.

This started happening to a buddy of mine, after this last update it has now started to happen to me. This time is a bit different, my loot with the neversink loot filter started disappearing after ~2 seconds of it being on the ground. Tried turning the loot filter off and it still does the same exact thing.

My friends loot on the other hand just does not drop at all when he's got his loot filter off.

Hope this gets fixed because it takes the enjoyment out of playing if I have to stress about picking up EVERYTHING before it just disappears from existing in the first place. Also getting any actual acknowledgement from the dev team or bug team of this even being an issue should be addressed. So far I haven't seen any mention that anyone in the dev team is actually aware of this issue.

for me I hear the ding of an item drop, there is some glowing thing on the ground with a white or gold light rising from it buy I cannot see it or pick anything up.

I have toggled the filters on and off and gone with no filter but nothing is working. So I have no reward to play at the moment....hope they fix this soon!

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!

If you go into your rebind skills settings the VERY LAST contextual option is "Toggle Label Visibility" put that in on any of your skill bar binds and make sure the eye is OPEN and not CLOSED

This is the fix, was never a bug in the first place!!
