FPS is too low after update

After recent update, my FPS drop from 80~90 to 30~40 (in base).
And when mapping its 15~25 FPS making it unplayable.
I tried both DX12 and Vulkan but nothing help.

My PC spec is below:
CPU AMD 5900X
RAM 32GB
GPU RTX 3080
Samsung SSD 2TB

Does anyone have this issue?

same problem... my fps goes from 140 to 50 - 60
