Items Vanishing before collecting, in 1 second after patch, unplayable.

This is a Nightmare GGG, YOU BROKE YOUR GAME, ITEMS DROP AND VANISH AFTER 1 SECOND, i have restarted my computer, lost so many weystones, exalts, rares, PLEASE FIX THIS, THE GAME IS BROKEN AND UNPLAYABLE.. whats the point in grinding if the things you earn, vanish before you can collect them.. please fix asap, this started after the patch and is not fixing itself.
so right now i am wasting weystones and time, its so bad rn. they drop and insta vanish before your eyes, heres what you should of had folks... now im gone!! wtf.
