Customer service is a joke - don't buy supporter packs

I get that you are overwhelmed with PoE2 launch, but this is not a way to treat your longtime customer.

I've purchased a supporter pack and never got additional early access key - fine, bugs happen. I've messaged your support over a month ago and you've never responded. At this point I am no longer interested in supporting the game, so I've requested a refund. Someone (most likely a bot) responded to my email quite quickly and asked for additional details, only to ignore me for another week. No idea what is going on with you, but I'm so fucking done trying to contact you.

To all players reading this - don't buy supporter packs unless they start acting like a real company.

Which supporter pack was it? Because in your badges I see King of the Faridun, that doesn't give a +1 key.

Judging by the number of posts with complaints, your team does nothing. People wait for 2 months. Cross-platform is a mockery of players. Microtransactions do not work on different platforms. Players spent a lot of money and there is no compensation or help from support. No one answers my emails. All the help is just copy-pasting the same answers on the forum
