2 months and still no solution from support

Its practically two months now since i requested an email change, started with all this on 5/12, on poe2 early access. Had a bit of back and forth with info requests but last answer was on 20/1. PLEASE just change my email so i can log onto any of the games, i dont even care about poe2 anymore just let me play poe1, dont wanna miss the upcoming event since settlers bored me months ago.

The only reward for the early access purchase was getting locked out of my account, what a joke.

Yeah, like i said i already had a back and forth but the answers stopped 15 days ago and the email still isnt changed. Am i suppoused to wait 2 months more for a solution? I dont want to start an argument or fight support but the bot like answers, the same excuses always and the innefective system has me tired.
Still my problem.

I got a reply, have given the data they wanted from me to merge my accounts and grant my POE1 old account (the one here) the 300 coins and the EA - but nothing since then - still not holding the promise to keep all purchases and earned cosmetics from POE1 and merge them with the purchase.

Disappointing, still having 2 different accounts and playing with no extra stashes the POE2 as I don't want to complicate things with even more stashes. Coins and access being transfered would be so much easier.

Really frustrated...

Yeah ive read it before, i know. But it makes no sense, the numbers given mean that the bulk of requests should be done and things should move along better. Yet my request which came 1 day short of 2 months ago, hasnt gotten another answer in 15 days. So, dont get mad when i say i dont trust that post at all.
I wait for more than a month now to get my issue fixed.


It's not just recreation but also your business. And it it badly constructed to promise to keep your achievements while buying the support package with the POE2 key and you get a new account with the coins in and by merging it yourself you have to decide if to skip the old purchases or the new coins or stick with two accounts.

It's frustrating. All I need is to give my account Eisenvierspieler#4991 the access key and the 300 coins instead for this Abfelmus#0434 you created automatically while I purchased the package via Epic store.
