I have purchased points but not received them

On my ps5 I purchased two sets of the $19.99 points and 1 set of the $4.99 points but have not received them. The money was taken but nothing was received. I have tried contacting customer support and they responded once and then no more. What should I do?

Wait for points to show up, takes like 2 weeks to show... Sony and GGG dont like each other I guess...
