Graphic blinks when I run maps

I hope someone can help me with my issue – my game keeps blinking when I run maps.

I have tried resetting all settings to default, but that didn’t work.

I also updated all my drivers without success. So now I’m reaching out to see if anyone can help me fix this problem because it’s ruining my gaming experience.
