MTX AND CHARACTERS DISAPPEARED AFTER LINKING A STEAM ACCOUNT
I'M POSTING HERE AS SUPPORT HAVE SPENT WEEKS FOBBING ME OFF WITH POINTLESS QUESTIONS INSTEAD OF INVESTIGATING THE ISSUE

You name it, I've tried it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE investigate it. I've spent many hours on my characters, a lot of cash on MTX / support packs and it's gone.

This is the worst support that I've ever received from any company. Over 2 months to sort the account linking issue (despite chasing daily), followed by weeks of chasing up this issue.
