Maim/Hinder Frequency?

I've tried looking this up on the wiki and POEDB, but not had any luck. What mobs/content afflicts the maim/hinder debuff most frequently? How often do players actually encounter this debuff?

(before you say just self-test, trying to actually read and understand whats happening to your character from the buff/debuff icons, while in combat, is basically impossible (for me)). Personally, if they arent going to allow overlay addons, i think these should be much more customizable.

Just trying to gauge the actual valueof immunity to these debuffs.
