support doesnt respond need help

its been a few days that im sending meesage to support about some transactions and i got no answer
can anyone help me plz

I have been waiting fora response since 12-10-24.

The points I should have received from my 2 supporter packs went into POE 1, not POE 2. This should have been an easy fix, but no response.
How many other people have this issue. People in game have also had the same
Problem as I have.

Send a message and STOP. If you send more you go further behidn in their already long queue. That is standard behavior for most support call management software.

Yep. Nothing more to it. I asked to have my account name changed on the 23rd of January, and they replied today. So they are clearly active, it just takes some time.
