Early Access error

Hello,
When I'm trying to access "Early Access" on the website account, I receive an error message like: "My Account»Manage Account»Early Access Early Access Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." I have early access on my PSN & Xbox and cross platform enabled. I was trying to check character rename... Hi there, you would need to purchase Path of Exile 2 Early Access for each platform you wish to play on. So if you want to play on both PC and Xbox, you will need to purchase Path of Exile 2 Early Access for both platforms. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
