Hi, about the PSN purchase 19.99 Path of Exile 2: 200 Point Pack (Virtual Currency) question.

Greetings

I purchased the 19.99 Path of Exile 22:00 Point Pack (virtual money) on 1/25 PM, and my PS Store has a record of the purchase and my account has been charged.

But so far I haven't received any virtual money in the game, can you help me to check what the problem is?

After sending several emails to “support@grindinggear.com” on 1/27,

The problem has not been resolved and I have not received a reply,

So I've decided to get my money back before making any further plans.

Please help!
