New patch today skills bugged

After updating the patch "interact" was removed from my primary skill set. I can not equip it anywhere. It started in expedition. I still have place explosives in "X" i can use "contextual 2" or other options just not interact. Also the in game skill set does not match the skill bar either paused or on the bind screen. My bind screen does not reflect the actual bar when i am playing although the bind screen appears controlling.
