went into a 1 divine orb ultimatum and put my divine into the ultimatum altar and as soon as i start the ultimatum my game crashes

I had that multiple times, including a Perfect Jewellers Orb loss because server kicked me from an instances and I couldn't rejoin it, it was already closed. That happens. GGG won't compensate it, so just forget about it.
