Founders Packs.

I brought 5 of the 200 currency packs for the King of the Faridun pack. After doing so I realized there is no way to buy the pack with the coins I just purchased or am I missing something. Any one know a work around before I call Sony to try and get refunded

Contact support. Yeah it's confusing and stupid for a newcomer.
You don't buy coins to buy the pack. You buy the pack directly AND it also comes with coins.

But yeah, there is absolutely not a good onboarding experience for new players which is something I've come to learn PoE is notorious for. Sad.

Usually, buying plain point packs contribute towards the next level of the core supporter pack series (the one with the 4 tiers), meaning if you purchased some of those plain point packs you only have to play the difference if you want to upgrade to a "real" supporter pack. Remember though, you will only get the difference in shop points to spend from that pack upgrade.

In your case that means, you have already spent 100$ on point packs, so you should be able to upgrade to the Faridun tier for free. You get all the cosmetics from that pack and the packs below for free, but you will not get the 1000 shop points, since you already go those from the 5 individual purchases.

I have spent 2x 10$ on point packs, so I get a 20$ discount on the Faridun Tier, but the pack will only grant 800 shop-points instead of 1000 if bought directly.

To see these increments and upgrades, you need to be logged in on the homepage with your account.

If you want the "real" pack in the first place, you can simply go for that one of course, there's no need to buy up incrementally with plain point packs.

However, I have no Idea if that's also true for Console-Accounts.

unfortunate. be prepared to wait weeks for an answer from support. the website bugged out took my information and charged me shipping for the shirt, then it turned around and gave me 160 points stating on the site i had declined the T-shirt. its been a week and a half and still no response from support.

was gonna eventually upgrade to get the hoodie but i guess they just lose that sale now.
