Can’t collect loot on Xbox 1 after Feb 4th update

I can hear the loot drop and see the loot stream go up into the sky but I can’t collect it. I see it on the mini map too. Help!

Similar issue here (Xbox series X). Loot appears and if I don’t pick it up fast enough it disappears

Hello there a new feature in the shortcut that toggles the items. Go to the shortcut menu and enable it it's the right cross button. This will fix the items display on screen.

This just started to me on xbox, i hear and see the loot and stem however it appears to be under the map not allowing me to pick it up

I HAVE IT WORKING NOW
The solution is to activate: "Toggle Label Visibility" option On console you find it inside the third tab above the chat options section. My loot simply disappears in front of my eyes. And in other instances it is visible on the minimap but i can't collect it . Have many clips recorded where it happens... Can i post here OneDrive links with proof or are the devs aware of this? That need to be fixed asap. This has nothing to do with the option: "do not render filtered objects". It happens with all filters disabled too. All loot! disappear not only garbage...all exalted all waystones.... EVERYTHING....you can grab it DIRECTLY when it drops but when you wait for 2 second is gone It feels so good when you beat a boss and everything disappear in front of your eyes.... Looks like the game got hacked and they are sucking all loot up because the better the currency the faster it disappears.....crazy.... I have over 10 clips recorded where if happens.... no loot dropping from any mobs for me. also dont see an item transperancy toggle option in any of the options tabs on my xbox, have searched all of them. guess ill have to wait for the next update i guess

My fix for this was the "always highlight" option in General settings.
Press Start Options General Scroll down to "Gameplay" "Always Highlight" |
