Finally got missing last 2 skill points

Noticed it said in patch notes can acquire quest items - bug fix.

Went back and checked everything and now a boss was showing as uncompleted whereas before it wasnt. Killed and collected.

Act 3 still bugged with bosses showing as uncompleted and reward not claimed, but got my 24 skills so will live with it.

If you are missing skill points go back and check all acts normal and cruel, hover over the icons with a + to see if it says skill points. Find whats missing and go kill :)
