Full red bar for CPU in the graph

Hello, i have been playing a lot since release, just kept noticing that this red bar in the graph info is always filled, no matter that i do in the game and even in the log in screen, while other are adjusted compared to different actions. but there was also some moments when it is about 70-90% filled, jumping to 100% periodically for short moments, but in general its full at all times.

What does this bar for CPU mean, is it ok that it is full?
My CPU is i5-11400F



Edit: Ok i have played i little more with different settings, that red bar went down to around 50-60% after i set Maximum Foreground FPS from default 240, to 75 FPS.

What do you mean by filled?
Your cpu is 9ms, which is not bad. This graph only shows that you are more CPU bound rather than GPU bound.

I mean this red filling bar, you see like blue one for GPU is at half, while red for CPU is at full while MS is doing fine, and it is stays full always even if i don't do anything but just standing still in hideout for example. So that what made me worry and try to find what the bar exactly means and why its full.
When i started to cut max foreground FPS limit in settings and set it under 90, that bar started lowering within limited FPS, and with FPS limit to 75 for example, it is around at 50% filled, and now changes and going up/down due to certain actions i am doing while playing.

All i was worrying and questioning about is what the red bar means, and if its fine when its full, MS i know is showing fine.
