Instability issues

Originally i was having issues which many people share where the game would crash in loading screens, at first i was able to mitigate the crashes with the temporary fixes, disabling cpu's etc. After a couple updates my game would still crash (this would cause my entire PC to freeze requiring a hard restart). I eventually decided to do a clean install of windows and roll back to 23H2.

However, now i experience major artifacting somewhat often when running the game on DirectX12. The game seems to run fine on Vulkan but i have performance issues on Vulkan.

I have ensured my drivers are all up to date and i am not sure what to do as I love the game however the issues make it hard to play.
