Customer service is completely fake.
I have sent multiple emails to support@grindinggear.com in December 2024, informing them that I entered my email incorrectly. However, customer service has completely ignored my request and has made no effort to resolve the issue.
If this is the quality of service you provide, I should never have paid $30 in the first place. Is there any other way to correct my email address? " I am getting that suspicion too. According to GGG they were able to handle 7500 support tickets per day from November to January. At that time 75000 tickets remained. We have gotten no update since then and I have been waiting since December to get help. Maybe their support staff quit? Maybe their other employees refuse to fill in in support to help? We do not know as they do not give us more information. |

If changing the email is this troublesome... could you please not use email for remote IP verification?
Otherwise, what should we do if the email is sent to the wrong person? |
