POE 2. Items disappearing after walking away from them and the interact doesn’t come back.

Checking to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

After killing something I get the drop like normal, and I get the option to pick it up. If I move outside of the range of the pick up the action doesn’t work. That parts normal. What’s abnormal is it doesn’t come back. The items are still on the ground and I can see them but the option doesn’t come back when I get back into the interact range. I have also tested it by bringing items from my stash and dropping them in game. The same thing happens but immediately afterwards. I had my item filter both set to “none” and “default” but it hasn’t changed anything.

The game is also very lagged and pauses and unpauses frequently. I waited an hour to try it again but it’s continuing to happen.

Yea had the same issue on Xbox went into options gameplay and select always highlight seemed to fix it

Cant loot any items anymore. Changeing chars , restarting an highlight at options didnt help. Quit for sure

Same issue and it is STILL ongoing as of 10:21pm EST. I am on Ps5 Pro.

This is a Nightmare GGG, YOU BROKE YOUR GAME, ITEMS DROP AND VANISH AFTER 1 SECOND, i have restarted my computer, lost so many weystones, exalts, rares, PLEASE FIX THIS, THE GAME IS BROKEN AND UNPLAYABLE.. whats the point in grinding if the things you earn, vanish before you can collect them.. please fix asap, this started after the patch and is not fixing itself.

Currently having the same issues. Can barely pick up a waystone before all other loot disappears. Have tried with both a loot filter and without and seems to make no difference! Please someone help meeeeeee !

Wow thank you, it was this! It needs to be set to always enabled on console after the update tyvm!

I am on PC and my items were disappearing before I could pick them up - also had to tick "always highlight" for them to show up.

press Z (PC)....or the associated keybind in console
