Loot Inaccessible behind Window
this is a first for me (after years of playing):
a blight encounter dropped some oils, but they are 'hidden' behind a window (in this case the entrance/description to a vaal side area). because the area is very confined (a small room), I can't move around enough to make the oils show up - they stay inaccessible behind the window. is there any way to 'disable' the window or the priority of what's 'on top'? tyty :-) so-close-and-yet-so-far Last bumped on Feb 15, 2025, 6:46:44 PM

" Yes: disable the setting "Always Highlight". The default hotkey for toggling this setting is Z, or you can go to Options. |

hm, I just tried what you suggested (toggle "Z"), but when I do, not only the side area window disappears, but the items on the ground as well, so I'm still unable to pick them up :-(
am I doing something 'wrong'? or you have have another suggestion? thx! helm p.s.: when I push 'alt' (after pushing "Z"), both, window & items, reappear (but of course window is still covering up items) Last edited by helmutb#0787 on Feb 15, 2025, 1:46:43 AM

" The label for the item disappears, but if you mouse over the item on the ground it will be highlighted. I don't know if oils have a specific 3d art, but I'd assume they'd just like like a ball/orb on the ground. If it is in a small room, I think zooming the camera (with PageUp/PageDown if you have zooming with mousewheel disabled) may change the angle a bit more so you can mouse over the item.
