Still waiting on Physical Items from Supporter pack for POE 2
I have been emailing support for a month and a half now, had one response early Jan 2025 and not received a response still regarding when I will receive my physical items I PAID FOR or any sort of COMPENSATION OR REFUND, its crazy how bad support actually are for sorting this out and the complete radio silence.....

Many of us have been waiting for over a month just to change email.
For example I have been messaging them since November and I get 1 answer / month. Now since we are in 2025, I haven't received a single reply so far. |

" same here...sent an email on dec 3 and got a reply back the next day asking for some character names and after that nothing...its been over 2 months now. |
